Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for your items to ship. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. We ship internationally. Buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by a country for importing consumer goods.


Return Policy

We are happy to process returns for most purchases within 15 days of receipt if the item is unused and in its original condition, unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Any returned item that is not in its original condition must be damaged or missing parts due to our error. Shipping and taxes are not refundable. We will issue site credit for the item subtotal once your return is received, inspected and processed through our return center. All purchases paid with a coupon code, rebate or discount are final sale and may not be returned. Please note, we cannot accept returns on final-sale merchandise, monogrammed/personalized items, special-order items or items damaged through normal wear and tear.
