All packages come with USPS tracking numbers. However, we do not guarantee USPS estimated delivery times and dates. Please note, not all orders or delivery locations may be eligible for expedited shipping.

INSURANCE – Only Priority Mail packages are insured up to $50 and $100 for Express Mail. First-Class Mail packages are not insured.

SALES TAX – Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to New York State.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only use USPS shipping services to ship our merchandise to over 180 countries worldwide. Items are shipped via USPS. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. Typically international orders take 1-2 weeks to arrive after they depart our warehouse, but can take up to 4-6 weeks due to customs. This is out of our control. INSURANCE – Only Express Mail packages are insured up to $200. Priority Mail packages are not insured but tracking numbers are included. We do not guarantee USPS estimated delivery times and dates.

CUSTOMS – Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. In other word, we are not responsible for any customs fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying or placing an order. Note: It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees and it is considered as customs fraud.
